CHECK BEFORE EVERY USE

INSPECTION
Use the test intervals indicated in the test protocol.
If there are any doubts concerning the safe usage of the restraint
system, it must NOT be used any more, and must be checked by an
expert (written documentation).
If necessary, replace the product.
6.2
ANNUAL REVISION
Have INNOTECH-SANDWICH-10/-11 checked at least once a year by a specially trained
technician who is familiar with the restraint system. The user's safety depends on the
effectiveness and durability of the equipment.
Shorter intervals between inspections may be required, depending on the intensity of
use and the environment (e.g. in corrosive atmospheres, etc.).
Document the inspection by the specialist in the test log in the instruction manual, and
keep it with the instruction manual.
DANGER TO LIFE from damage to the INNOTECH-SANDWICH-10/-11.

INNOTECH-SANDWICH-10/-11 must be in perfect working condition.

Do NOT continue to use INNOTECH-SANDWICH-10/-11 if
• Damage or wear to its components is obvious,
• Other defects were observed (loose screwed connections, deformation,
corrosion, wear, etc.),
•
Strain has occurred due to a fall (Exception: provision of first aid),
• it is not possible to read the product labelling.

DANGER
Prior to each use, INNOTECH-SANDWICH-10/-11 must be checked visually for any
obvious defects.
Check the entire lifeline system's suitability for use on the basis of the acceptance
protocol and test log.
