9. Troubleshooting
Some problems may be caused by minor faults that you can fix
yourself. To do so, follow the instructions in the following table.
If it is still not possible to resolve the problem, contact customer
service. Do not repair the device yourself.
Fault Possible cause and solution
The device
won't turn on.
Make sure the USB adapter is securely plugged in
the charging cradle, and plugged into a working
mains socket for at least one hour. The battery
symbol on the LCD display should indicate that
device is charging. If the battery symbol does not
come on, contact our customer service.
The device
has lost
suction.
• Check the tip closely for any hairline cracks,
punctures, or spaces.
• Remove the tip and ensure that the O-ring
is in place. If you notice cracks or that the
O-ring is missing, replace it with a spare ring.
• Remove the tip and ensure that the filter is
in place. If you notice that the filter has worn
down or if you see a lot of dead skin cell and
debris, replace it with a new filter.
• If these solutions do not work, contact our
customer service.
