Lubrication
Lubrication is achieved with a conventional
wet sump oiling system. Internally, the oil
pump uses a single rotor instead of spur gears
or a set of rotors.
The pump is mounted under the engine block
and driven by the camshaft.
The journal oil feed routing is as follows:
