890 HD BF INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 

Attach the Zero kit front plate using the 9 x No6 screws provided. 

 

Finish the wall now to the front edge of the sides and bottom of the zero clearance box assembly using 
plasterboard and plaster skim. Please note a 26mm gap needs to be maintained between the deflector 
plate and the plaster board edge. (

Failure to maintain this gap could result in excessive settlement 

cracking

 

when the appliance is in operation

). This gap will be cover by the outer trim assembly.
