position will generate a cc 4 and a cc 35.
Start Screen
On power-up, the VAX77 goes into Library mode,
Playlist mode, Host Control or QuickSet depending on
this setting.
OCT Transpose
This value sets the offset in semitones when the Octave
button is on. The default is 12, a one octave shift up, but
it may be set to any value between -12 and +24. For
example, when set to 5, you can play in the key of C
while your notes are transmitted in the key of F.
