Fly-1201 User Manual

7.1. Azimuth & Elevation Manual Movements:

This section is intended to provide guidance in order to manually move the AZ and or EL
axis in case of a malfunctioning controller or an emergency. The AZ and EL must be
moved to the required angles in order to properly pack in the respective cases. Read this
document before attempting the provided steps.

7.1.1. Azimuth – Manually Moving the AZ Axis

Step 1

: Remove AZ motor cover.

Step 2

: Using a 7/16 wrench on the motor shaft move the AZ in the required direction.
