HOW BEST TO USE THE COOKER HOOD
Correct use and maintenance of the hood require a few very simple operations, allowing the
product to reach its full potential.
Incorrect Use
Switching on the hood only when there are
unpleasant odours.
Correct Use
The hood must ALWAYS be switched on when
you start cooking and kept running for a few
minutes after cooking has finished.
Always using the hood at maximum speed.
The hood must initially be switched on at the
minimum speed, then the speed must be
increased when the cooking produces large
amounts of smoke and vapour. Only in extreme
situations should the booster speed be used.
Not replacing the charcoal filter (filter version).
Not replacing the charcoal filter when necessary
generates an increase in the noise level of the
hood due to a malfunctioning of the motor.
Connecting the hood to narrow ducting.
The connection of the hood to ducting with a
small diameter or multiple bends creates power
loss and affects product efficiency.
Testing performance from within the room.
Appliance function is tested against the
performance data from the vent outlet position
only.
