When the equipment is in use, it should
be monitored continuously. When the
equipment is in use, any children near it must
not be left unattended. This product is not a
toy.
Remember to check the equipment
regularly. Tighten all screws, bolts and nuts
on the equipment as required. Inspect the
equipment and replace any worn parts. Do
not use the equipment if it is defective.
When moving the equipment, employ the
correct lifting technique.
The rowing machine is only intended for
indoor use in private households.
Preparations for assembly
Two people are required to assemble the
rowing machine.
Please refer to the illustration and parts list at
the back of the manual.
Assembly
Step 1
Remove the screws (30), washers (31) and
nuts (32), and remove the cardboard tube (A).
Screw the front stabiliser (33) securely to the
frame (1) using the screws (30), washers (31)
and nuts (32).
Step 2
Remove the stop screws (24), screws (45) and
bracket (44).
Push the seat (18) onto the rail (22).
Screw the stop screws (24) onto the rail (22).
Screw the bracket (44) onto the rail (22) using
the screws (45).
Step 3
Screw the rear stabiliser (29) and protective
cover (28) together using the screws (27).
Screw the protective cover (28) securely to
the rail (22) using a screw (25), two washers
(8) and a lock nut (9), plus a � nger screw (2).
