1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

TOOLS REQUIRED:

Hammer drill, hammer and screwdriver

NOTE: This unit can be combined with four mantelpieces:
MT197B, MT197C, MT197D, MT197E

SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE

Your new electric fireplace may be installed virtually anywhere in your home.
However, when choosing a location ensure that the general instructions are
followed.

•   For best results, install out of direct sunlight.
•   The appliance should be connected to an earthed electrical outlet and it

must be easily accessible to allow disconnection.

2. INSTALLATION

2.1A Loosen the wall brackets. To do so, remove the screws at the top
left and top right. Retain these screws.

2.1B Decide on a stable wall and mount the mounting strip in the position
where you want to hang the electric fireplace. After aligning the bracket, mark
five drill holes on the wall. Drill the five holes for the appropriate dowel size
that you want to use for mounting purposes.
