VM-4424S/H Instruction Manual 

(Compatible with Version 2.16 or later) 

 
5. FFT and Data Save 

VM-4424H is equipped with FFT and waveform saving functions. These functions are 

described below. 

 

FFT: FFT Mode is activated when this tab is selected. 

 

Data Save: Data Save Mode is activated when this tab is selected. Waveform 

data will be stored in the SD card as plain text. 

 

 

Only waveform data can be saved to SD (FFT results and measurement values (OA values) 

displayed on the screen cannot be saved).

 

 

 

About FFT Function and Waveform Saving 

Only VM-4424H supports the FFT function and waveform data storage function. 

 

The FFT tab 

  and Data Save tab 

  are not displayed on the initial screen 

of VM-4424S (Fig.5-1).

 

You can also insert SD card into the SD slot, but these functions will not be enabled
