Motorized 3-way valve for "X" models heating
only (optional) .
This electrical three-way valve operates on the primary circuit
return and it allows, according to the specific request (d.h.w.
or heating) , the water circulation in the heating circuit or in
the cylinder coils (Separate storage tank of 80, 105, 120 e 200
litres).
This depends on the position of the shutter (5) wich shuts
off passage to the system and simultaneously opens the way
to the cylinder coils (domestic hot water position) , or viceversa
(central heating position).
The shutter (5) switching in both the positions is realized by
supplying the (optional) electric motor (1).
The hydraulic part of the boiler consist of a unit made in a
composite material (2) that also includes the circulating pump
and it is operated by a motor (1) (optional) that causes it to
move as required.
Before fitting the motor it is necessary to remove the cap (6)
locked with the respective fork.
Heating only functioning.
The cap (6) pushes the shutter (5) and compresses the shutter’s
contrast spring (4) (heating position) , in this way the hydraulic
group is always positioned in heating functioning mode.
Both the spring (4) and shutter (5) are inside the 3-way car-
tridge (3).
Heating and domestic hot water functioning
(using the
optional motorized 3-way valve).
The functioning is the same that for combi models (see previous
pages).
