These instructions are intended for users with
expert knowledge in PA technology . Please
read the instructions carefully prior to opera-
tion and keep them for later reference .
1 Overview

Status LEDs
one each for the channels L-CH and R-CH
PROTECT
lights up when the protective circuit dis-
connects the speaker from the amplifier:
briefly after switching on and in case of
overload / overheating of the amplifier
LIMITER
lights up when the limiter circuit has been
activated to reduce the signal in order to
prevent overload
SIGNAL
lights up when a certain volume level is
exceeded
ACTIVE
power LED

Volume controls
one control each for the channels L-CH
and R-CH
Note:
In the bridge mode, the control for
channel R-CH is without function .

POWER switch

XLR input jacks
one jack each for the channels L-CH and
R-CH

XLR feed-through outputs to route the
input signals, for example, to an addi-
tional amplifier

Control SUBWOOFER
When the switch underneath the control
is in the left position, the control can be
used to adjust the crossover frequency for
a subwoofer connected .

Selector switch for using the filter for
channels L-CH and R-CH

Selector switch GROUND to connect the
signal ground to the housing ground
OFF disconnection of signal ground and
housing ground (ground lift)

Selector switch LOW CUT for the high-
pass filter (30 Hz) to suppress low-
frequency interference (impact sound,
rumble)

Selector switch MODE for the operat-
ing mode: bridge mode, stereo mode or
parallel mode

Speaker jack BRIDGE for the bridge mode

Speaker jacks for the stereo mode and
parallel mode

Mains jack for connection to a socket
(230 V/ 50 Hz) via the mains cable provided

This unit uses dangerous
mains voltage . Leave servic-
ing to skilled personnel only
and do not insert anything into
the air vents . Inexpert handling may result
in electric shock .

The unit is suitable for indoor use only . Pro-
tect it against dripping water, splash water
and high air humidity . The admissible ambi-
ent temperature range is 0 – 40 °C .

Do not place any vessel filled with liquid on
the unit, e . g . a drinking glass .

The heat produced inside the unit must be
dissipated by air circulation; never cover
the air vents .
