Aluminium hooks for compact doughs.

Fitted with a plastic spatula to help detach the
dough from the shaft, for a smoother result.

Couple the spatula by inserting it underneath
the hooks and turning it clockwise.
•
Insert the aluminium hooks on the shaft.
Cover, for avoiding splashes when mixing.

Sit the cover on the container so it's in line with
the steel pins inside, then rotate it clockwise.

Always keep the cover attached to the
container while mixing.
