4.1.1 Malfunctions (Faults) and their rectification

Machines will not switch on
Check power supply to machine
Check main isolator is in a reset position
Check emergency stop is not pushed
(turned)
Machine is on, but the machine will not run
Have you pushed the Start push button
Main motor should be running, if not, main motor
could be faulty. Qualified personnel to check
motor electrical and mechanical functionality.
Main motor is driven by electronic speed control
system, check drive unit for fault, if in fault,
disconnect power from machine and wait 5
minutes and then switch on machine again. If
problem persists, main drive unit may be
damaged. Replace unit.
Water segrating device leakage
The top tighten screw of it has been loosen.
Please tighten top screw.
The bottle feeding over right position
The thumb wheel is not in the right position,
please screw the cap screw on the thumb wheel
top, remove the press cover, will appear the two
adjust screws, loosen them and rotate back the
thumb wheel in opposite direction.
The bottle feeding can’t reach right position The thumb wheel is not in the right position,
please follow the above step and tight the two
screws
