3.1 Mechanical Description and Adjustment
Working principle and structure:

Adjustment
Adjustment of wheel set:

wheel in the correct position, then fasten the bolt.
Adjustment of cleaning parts:
Disassemble the above locking plate; put the handle into the hole and rotary the round nut as
clockwise. Then rinsing parts will rise. At last, fit on the locking plate.
Debugging
1. Connect the lower part of the pipeline and the row of the pipelines.
2. Electrical wiring must meet the plane on the subject of the direction of rotation; it prohibited
the wheel reverse operation.

Operation
1. Preparation before turn on the machine.
2. Check if all the oil-‐inject parts have been injected.
2.1 Turn on the power to check if the machine operates well. Also you need to check the supplied
and drain water pipes and if there is a stoppage in rinsing pipes.
2.2 Stop immediately when bottles are damaged, and remove the trouble at once.
