Automatic Updates
Imagine Communications builds and ships systems with the Microsoft® Updates feature turned off. This
prevents future operating system updates from automatically installing code which may prevent
systems from operating as expected.
Systems are built on a Windows® platform and, as such, comply with the platform design rules as they
existed when the software was built. Imagine Communications has no control over Microsoft’s platform
support or the patches which Microsoft may issue. Imagine Communications also has no control over
the user-configured distribution mechanism which Microsoft uses to push updates to machines running
operating system software.
