SHOW / HIDE
The Inputs menu features settings related to the inputs of IAP 4. The figure
above illustrates the Inputs menu and selection of its sub-menus.

Select (Rotary Push) enters a sub-menu and Menu
exits it.

For each input, it can be specified whether to show
it or hide it. Typically, you may want to hide all inputs
to which no source is connected.

The inputs can be re-named in this menu.
Rotary (Push) toggles between the letters and
Rotary (Turn) selects a specific letter or blank.

OPTICAL 1
Each of the sixteen IAP 4 inputs can be mapped to
any of the physical inputs. This feature is called “vir-
tual inputs”. You may map two inputs to the same
physical input to access the same device conve-
niently with different sound and other settings.
Note that each HDMI input appears as two se-
lectable physical inputs: 8-Channel (automatic for-
mat detection) and 2-Channel (stereo)
