INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
PRE-INSTALLATION:
All necessary screws are installed in the associate part for ease of tracking for
customer. Please use the following pictures as guide to locate installation parts.
For the Washdown Rated Stainless Steel
Pedestal Fan
(Model: ILG8WD24-2P & ILG8WD30-2P)
Base Assembly INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Loosen the screw from the base assembly, insert the
lower column to the base assembly. Align the hole of
the lower column and base assembly , then tighten it.
2. Loosen the screws from the upper pose, insert the
upper column to the lower column. Align the hole of
the upper column and lower column , then tighten it.
COLUMN/MOTOR ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Align the motor flange and column.
2. Insert the pivot screw through the motor flange, column
and washer. Attach using the position nut and tighten it.
3.
Insert the smaller position screw through the bottom
radius. Attach it with the position nut.
GRILLE/MOTOR ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Unscrew the nuts and washers from the motor .
2. Arrange the rear guard in its proper position.
3. Attach the rear guard by inserting and
tightening the nuts to the motor (through the
eyelets on the guard).
