ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Open the packaging and take out the machine main body
2.
Open the carton to take out the oil tray, checking any damage or not. If so, please
immediately contact with your distributor.
3.
Screw the oil tray on the top of lifting pole with clock-wise direction.
4.
Check all pipes are well connected
5.
Making sure all ball valves and switches are closed..
6.
Stop the car engine when oil Temperature reached 40~60
℃
7.
for fist time to use, unscrew the locking nut(see fig 1) and spin the lift pole several
round, then lift the lift pole up, now it is being easy to up and down.
OPERATION INSTUCTIONS
Oil Collections
1.
Lift the vehicle up, then Push the machine to the place right under the engine oil
outlet
2.
lift the lift pole by a easy handle in a proper high then locked by tighting two
locking nut
3.
Open the wing valve under the oil tray and unscrew the oil drain plug of engine
4.
Then oil transferring from oil tray to oil tank.
5.
Screw on the drain plug of vehicle.

Vacuum Generation
Operating air pressure: 86~114PSI /6~8 Kgs/c

Consumption of air: 52 Gallons/min (200L/min.)
IF ONLY MEASURING GLASS TO BE VACUUM.
1.
Turn off the machine ball valve

fig1
）
and the extraction valve(fix on the
extrction hose)
2.
Connect the compressed air to the machine air inlet (fig1)
3.
Gradually turn on the air inlet valve(which equipped by customer himself) for
vacuum generation.
