Software Licensing

Use of ike software forms a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the
end user, and IKEGPS Ltd (ike
GPS
). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please
do not install this software.

software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law, ike
GPS
further disclaims all warranties; including without limitation
any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the software and documentation remains
with recipient. to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ike
GPS
be
liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages
whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of this agreement
or the use of or inability to use this software, even if ike
GPS
has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
Microsoft Software License Terms for Windows Mobile 6 Software
These license terms are a Third Party Branding Additional Rights Agreement between you,
IKEGPS Ltd (ike
GPS
) and Juniper Systems (JS). They apply to the Microsoft Windows Mobile
software
(the ‘software’) included on this ike device which includes JS technology.
The software on this device includes software sub-licensed by ike
GPS
from Microsoft Corporation
or its affiliate (JS).
The terms also apply to any

updates,

supplements,

Internet-based services, and

support services
For this software, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply.
As described below, using some features also operates as your consent to the
transmission of certain standard computer information for Internet-based services.
By using the software, including use on this device, you accept these terms. If you do
not accept them, do not use the device or software. Instead, contact ike
GPS
to determine
its return policy for a refund or credit.
WARNING:
If the software contains voice operated technologies, then operating this software
requires user attention. Diverting attention away from the road while driving can possibly cause
an accident or other serious consequence. Even occasional, short diversions of attention can
