The ball clips 67635 are supposed to move
without play, but stilll easily. If those are difficult to
move, press the clip on the top of the ball carefully
with flat nosed pliers together. Please start with
less pressure, check then the movableness ;
press again until you can swivel the clip easily.

especially the washers?
