Cut two 15 X 15 squares out of the ABS plastic sheet and glue
with CA the rubber grummets in the centre.
Glue the plastic squares with UHU-Por on the outside of the
side frames and then you can glue the small side frames.
Warning, Do not exchange the Right and left side frame.
Fix mechanics to the two side frames with the grommets on
the CF rod. Check the Fit of the mechanics with frames in the
fuselage. Make sure that the control of the roll servo can run
free . When all seems to fit smoothly , take evey thing out and
glue the frames in the fuselage.
Cut the spur from the tail box assembly and put it in the slot
in the tail
of the fuselage. Arrange the tail box on the
horizontal and longitudinal axis and glue with very little
epoxy. Remount all tail box parts as described in the manual
page 18 & 19 . Solder the wires to the tail motor .
Warning :
The blue wire must be fixed at the + marked pole.
Now It's time to mount the landing gear. Cut the 4 skid
connection dowels, 4 x 10 mm and glue them to the end of
the cross bar. There should be a 3mm protrusion
Now
insert the cross bar onto the skids . Put the complete
undercarriage on a perfect flat surface, and align the cross
bars with the slots in the bottom of the fuselage. Glue the
skid parts together with CA.
Cut the 4 skid-end parts from the clear plastic and glue
them on both ends of the skids. Glue the undercarriage at
the underside of the fuselage as shown on the picture.
Insert a CF rod at the fin position mark and a second one
25mm further to the back . Fix both stabilisers with clear
tape to the CF rods. They are removed for flight.
Cut the Plastic windows
and smooth the edges with
sandpaper.
Cut with the very sharp knife , the window holes in the
fuselage , 1 or 2 mm smaller then the windows. Don't glue
the windows yet if you want to paint the fuselage.
Glue the six 15 X 15 x 3 mm squares in the fuselage as
indicated on the picture above, to locate the front (canopy)
half when joined together.
Cut the hood interlock and glue both sides at the hood and
the trunk that they smoothly snap together.
