Owner’s Manual

FAQ

Q. CD-ROM Driver eject function does not work with CD Organizer Application.

A. To use this function, you need to select [Yes] in the [CD-ROM - Display CD-ROM

Status] of [Option] menu. If it still does not work, close CD Organizer Program and
start again.

Q. The keypad of CD Organizer does not work.

A. Check if [CD Organizer - Lock CD Organizer keypad] option of [Tools] menu is [Yes].

If you want to use the keypad, select [No]. The keypad still does not work, disconnect
Power Supply Connecter and connect again. Or contact IIT Technical Support.

Q. My CD Organizer does not work and eight LEDs from 1 to 8 blinking.

A. One or more of tray is jammed. Check the jammed tray if it is bent and pull and push it.

If the problem still exists, replace with extra tray.

Q. My CD Organizer does not work and eight LEDs from 68 to 75 blinking.

A. The tray mechanism shocked and miss-positioned. Just disconnect the DC Adapter

Connecter and connect again. If the problem still exists, contact IIT Technical
Support.

Q. My CD Organizer does not work and no LED blinking.

A.1. Check the connection of DC Power Supply and USB cable.

2. Check device information of your computer system. There should be HID

compatible device and USB Human Interface (Control Panel - System - Device -
Human Interface Device)

3. If the system connection is abnormal, there will be system or OEM Version

Windows compatibility problem. We recommend you to upgrade to Windows Me.

Q. Added a CD into CD Organizer by CD Organizer Application. But, cannot detect the CD.

A. Disconnect DC Adapter Connector and connect again. If this problem still exists,

contact IIT Technical Support.

Q. What is most recommended PC configuration.

A. Pentium II 233 CPU or higher

64MB RAM or higher
Windows Me or higher
