WARMING UP THE MACHINE

NOTICE

Do not increase the engine speed quickly when
hydraulic oil is cool (below 20



C).

The proper hydraulic oil temperature is
approximately 50



C to 80



C. If you should carry

out works at low temperature, warm up the engine
until the hydraulic oil temperature rises to
approximately 20



C before starting works.

1. Idle the engine for approximately 5 minutes to warm it

up after starting it.

2. If the hydraulic oil temperature is low, push the dump

lock switch, keep the dump switch at the Body Down
position, and operate the engine in this condition for
approximately 3 to 5 minutes to raise the hydraulic oil
temperature.

3. Move the machine forward and backward and raise

and lower the body several times to warm up the
mechanisms.
