2. Effectuez toujours la mesure sur le même bras.

3. Restez immobile pendant la mesure. Ne bougez pas le bras, le corps ou le tensiomètre.

4. Restez immobile et calme pendant une minute à une minute et demie avant d’effectuer une

mesure de la pression artérielle. Une compression prolongée est susceptible d’entrainer la

formation d’ecchymoses sur le bras.

5. Maintenez le brassard propre. Un nettoyage du brassard toutes les 200 heures d’utilisation est

recommandé. Si le brassard est sale, le nettoyer avec un chiffon humide. Ne rincez pas le

tensiomètre ou le brassard sous un robinet.
