Cheese fondue preparation
The simplest and in terms of time the longest, but the most comfortable
preparation is:
fill the ready fondue of about 400 gr. into the fondue
pan. Then bring the device to the right place (table etc.) and always
light all 6 candles, then place the rust and the fondue pan in place.
Now it takes about 30 minutes until the cheese melts and the fondue
feast can start. Use the waiting time for a stimulating conversation.
You will have enough time.
Other preparation options
Warm fondue pan:
Heat fondue pan with water in a microwave oven
Heat the fondue pan in the oven (about 120° C)
Heat the fondue pan on the rechaud (approx. 30 min.)
Fondue cheese:
Prepare ready fondue or self-made mixture in a separate pan on the
stove and pour into preheated fondue pan.
Heat the fondue pan with the prepared fondue in the microwave oven
and then put it on the rust.
At the end of the first portion (approx. 400 gr.) the ready fondue can
be topped up in small portions.

Grill as additional function
Only to be recommended if you have patience, not necessarily
suitable for fast eaters. ONLY use tender, first-class meat in small
pieces. Grease the pans with enough butter. From time to time move
the grilled food with the spatulas. If meat juice is present, soak it up
with small pieces of bread. NEVER take the finished grilled food out
of the pan with metallic objects, but only tip the pan and possibly
help with the spatula.
Do not use gravy or other liquids. These cool down the pans
unnecessarily. But you can add some butter from time to time.
For vegetables, the same applies.
