STARTING THE MACHINE WHEN OFF

To swich on the appliance, press green button, marked with an “O”

To restart the processing, following a period of suspension, it is necessary to follow as above. (starting
the machine when off)
03.05 Turning off the machine
To switch off the machine follow this procedure:

To swich off the plliance, press the red button, marked with an “I”
03.06 Reverse moviment
To reverse operating direction follow this procedure:
•
For models with riverse movement, must be carry on the “II” position.

03.07 Mounting the mincer
To set up the mincer assembly follow the order indicated and the description with great care:
TURN THE MACHINE OFF AND REMOVE THE PLUG BEFORE PROCEEDING
.
THE KNIFE MUST BE FITTED
CORRECTLIY MAKE SURE THE BLADE IS TURNED TOWARDS THE PERFORATED PLATE
.

Fit the union “1” and fasten using the accessory lok-knob provided
•
Fit auger “2” inside the union “1”
•
Position the self –sharpening knife “4”
•
Fit the perforated plate “5”
•
Fasten the accessories by means of the ring nut “6”
