Insert the green flat seal (1) and/or check its position.
u
If required: Lightly grease the thread using a suitable lubricating paste which has been approved
for this application.
u
Screw the sensor into the respective process connection and tighten it.
Maximum tightening torque: 20...25 Nm.
u
After installation check the tank / pipe for ingress resistance.
Flush mount hygienic zero-leak using PEEK gasket (3):

If needed, replace green flat seal (1) (on delivery) with black flat seal (4). The flat seal (4) is
supplied with the article E43323!

Slide the PEEK sealing ring (3) onto the sensor tip until you feel the end stop (cone).

If required: Lightly grease the thread using a suitable lubricating paste which has been approved
for this application.
u
Screw the sensor into the respective process connection and tighten it.
Maximum tightening torque: 20...25 Nm.

After installation check the tank / pipe for ingress resistance.
