CLEANING THE CONDENSATION EVAPORATION PAN

The evaporated condensation pan may contain some 3 litres of water. It is therefore
recommended that it be emptied and cleaned before each cleaning of the display
cabinet.
Proceed as indicated.

IMPORTANT!

Before performing any
operation, switch off
the equipment using
the control panel and
move the electrical
master switch to OFF.

- Unscrew the fixing bolts

and remove the safety
panel

(A)

- Remove the condensation

evaporation bowl

(B)

indicated in the illustration.

- Remove the power supply

plug

(C)

- Unscrew and clean the pan

(B)

- Repeat the operations in

reverse.
