15 - STATIONARY POSITION BEFORE PULSES 

In automatic mode, during the facing jog, if the flag has been knocked down and the bar 
pusher has stooped within the pulse window as defined in parameter 14. During the bar loading 
phase, the bar pusher moves but it stops before knocking down the facing flag.
