Besides the operations described above, users can register or delete cards using the STAR

RFL200C software, as well. Using this software, you can also adjust or change “Normal

Mode” / “Toggle Mode”, “Door Open Time” and “LED Color Control”.

To initialize the RFL200C / IP-RFL200C,

Power off the RFL200C / IP-RFL200C, and connect the white, green and yellow wires to

gether.

Power on the RFL200C / IP-RFL200C, then all LEDs will flash on and off either red or gr

een and turn off.

Then, green LEDs are lit sequentially from bottom to top. All LEDs turn green.

The RFL200C / IP-RFL200C beeps four times, indicating the completion of initialization.

After initialization is finished, return the white, green, and yellow wires to their original

positions.

Power on the RFL200C / IP-RFL200C again, and it will operate normally again.
