For MasterCard transactions, this field is always 0.

Variable DE 055 data (if available) as a TLV data object encoded with Tag ‘E1’. The
DE 055 data is the same data as is included in the Clearing Record. Refer to
the
Activate Transaction Clearing Record
table.
