each for the [OFF] state and the [ON] state of the WiFi socket.

IR routine example
By involving the Gateway V1 device, we can use any kind of IR remote control to
perform a switching routine for RF or WiFi sockets.
Use case: I found that I have some unused buttons on the remote control of my TV.
Say, now I want to use the red RCU button to switch the living room
light next to our TV on, and the green RCU button to switch it off. This living room
light is connected to a WiFi power socket.
