17. Roam Mobility 

Android Internet 

 

Insert Roam SIM in to phone 

 

Select Settings 

 

Select Wireless and Networks  

 

Select Mobile Networks 

 

Select Access Point Names 

 

Press Menu 

 

Press New APN or + symbol 

 

In the new APN screen, enter the word roam under name and APN (Username & 
Password should be blank) 

 

If you are prompted to enter the MCC and MNC please use MCC: 310, MNC: 
260 

 

Press Menu and Save 

 

Ensure the new Roam Mobility APN is selected 

 

Restart your phone 

Picture & Video Messaging Settings (MMS) 

 

Insert the Roam SIM in to phone 

 

Select Settings 

 

Select Wireless and Networks 

 

Select Mobile Networks 

 

Select Access Point Names 

 

Press Menu 

 

Press New APN or + symbol 

 

In the new APN screen, enter the word 

„roam‟ under name and the word 

„wholesale‟ under APN (Username & Password blank) 

 

In the MMSC field enter: 

http://wholesale.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc

  

 

If you are prompted to enter the MCC and MNC please use MCC: 310, MNC: 
260 

 

Press Menu and Save 

 

Ensure the new Roam Mobility APN is selected 

 

Restart your phone if you are unable to use data after a couple minutes
