8-2) EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: Extraordinary maintenance should only be performed only by a specialized technician.
MAINTENANCE FREQUENCY
INTERVENTION
Every 500 hours
- Replace the pump oil (see section 7-3 for the type of oil to use)
- Clean or replace the diesel filter: cup, pump and nozzle
- Adjustment or replacement of the electrodes
- Clean the heater
- Check the tension in the drive belt
- Check the pump is securely fixed
- Check the motor is securely fixed
- Check the safety systems
- Check the pressure regulating valve
