4. Remove the expansion slot cover:

Holding the edge of the expansion card, carefully align the edge
connector with the expansion slot.
Place the head of a screwdriver on the small indented
square of the expansion slot cover. Firmly tap the base
of the screwdriver with your fist until the slot cover
loosens. Reach inside and gently move the slot cover
back and forth until it breaks free.
