PRODUCT DESTINATION
The bed rail guard is a Class I medical device that complements the use of the bed rail. This product is attached to the bed
rail with fasteners and protects the agitated patient from being knocked into the bed rail. It creates a reassuring cocoon
for the patient. The choice to use a bed barrier protection is made by the multidisciplinary care team. It is intended for
patients with senility pathology to complement their safety. Patient monitoring is important to ensure patient acceptance.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Failure to observe the precautions for use may result in serious injury.
Check the condition of the seams and fasteners each time you use the bedrail. Do not use a damaged bedrail.
Do not use if straps are torn or buckles are broken.
Check that the guard is accepted by the patient and that he will not remove it. If the patient tries to remove it, do not use
it and tell the referring doctor. Choose the right length for the bed rail and the type of bed.
Available in 2 lengths: 130 cm and 180 cm.
If you need to remove the protection for washing, do not forget to put it back with the foam.
Patient monitoring is important to ensure patient acceptance.
