1 General Notes
All danger and safety instructions from the operation manual of build-up unit are fully valid and must be
read and understood by the assembling personnel.
All assembling and installation works must be carried out by trained personnel.
To assemble the “Caleo system” with the highest possible safety, the following instructions must be
complied with. Please note that some representations are simplified, schematic views are created in the
pictures, which are described by wording in more detail. If you need further information, get in contact
with your supplier or customer service of AKE GmbH.
Technical changes and amendments to the description/instruction are reserved. No liability will be
assumed for the content, particularly for damages through existing, non-existing or incorrect details.
The passing on and amendment of this manual is not permitted, if not expressly authorized by company
AKE GmbH.
Before starting with the assembling / installation, please follow these instructions:

It is mandatory to carry out a safety-related and procedural instruction with the employees /
technicians / operators;
•
Check the completeness of every unit;
•
Check every unit for possible transport damages;
•
Choose a suitable assembling place in arrangement with employees.
