Units with hot gas evaporation may only be operated with the condensate evaporation tray fully inserted and closed.
When removing the condensate evaporation tray, make sure that no water spills over. Wipe away any spilled water to
prevent damage to the unit.

Wear protective gloves for cleaning.
Carry out the following steps when cleaning the hot gas evaporation tray:
1. Switch off the unit via the controller and pull the mains plug properly out of the socket or disconnect It the unit from
the mains at all poles.
2. Press the lock (no.1) upwards with one hand. Pull it out forwards by the guide handle with one hand. The conden
sate evaporation tray folds down.
3. Remove the condensate evaporation tray, empty it and clean it. Please use only the cleaning agents mentioned in
Chapter 4.1.2.
4. Replace the emptied and cleaned condensate evaporation tray. Make sure that the condensate evaporation tray is
fully inserted.
5. Lift the guide handle with both hands and push it to the back. The condensate evaporation tray must be folded
completely upwards.
6. Check the locking mechanism; it must be closed.
7. Switch unit on
