solution possibilities before calling a customer service representative.

Plug power cord into outlet.
Is “tank full” indication
lamp blinking? (Tank is full
or in a wrong position.)
Empty water in drainage
tank and then reposition

above 95˚F or below 40˚F?
Protection device is
activated and unit cannot
be started.
Dehumidifying
function doesn’t
work
Is air filter clogged?
Clean air filter as
instructed under “Cleaning
the Dehumidifier”.
Is intake duct or discharge
duct obstructed?
Remove obstruction from
discharge duct or intake
duct.
No air is
discharged
Is air filter clogged?
Clean air filter as instructed
under “Cleaning the
Dehumidifier”.
Operation
is noisy
Is unit tilted or unsteady?
Move unit to a stable,
sturdy location.
