If Waiting time is 0 and if interface is RS232, Disable device work into Low Power
Consumption status.
•
If Waiting time is Not 0, If Idle status is more than <Time>, if interface is RS232, and if Card is
not Seated, device will enter into Low Power Consumption status.
•
If device received command in Idle status, the waiting time will be reset.
•
If IC card is removed, the waiting time will be reset.
