Step-height selection tool 

Once the appropriate step-height calculator is selected, click-and-drag a range on the image 
which matches the guide-

picture. Once this is selected, hit ‘Fit’. 

The parameters will fill out with values. Looking below, the step height of this grating is 135.5 
nm with an error of < 1 nm.
