Line-Profile tool

In the ‘Options’ extension menu, there will be a possibility to increase the thickness of the line.
Increasing this will increase the area over which the profile of the grating is averaged.
Increasing this value will result in a smoother profile as more measurements are used to
determine the profile.

When the thickness of the line is desirable, click apply, and a new graph will pop up. Here it is

possible to get an estimate of the calibration factor and otherwise gather data.
