reboot the I-7530A module.

Note:
It is necessary to enable the “Error Response” function in the I-
7530 Utility, in order to receive Syntax and/or communication error
information at the host PC.

Command: P14<CR>
Set the CAN baud rate=125K into the I-7530A module and then
reboot the I-7530A module.
