With the
MVS3x0
board, the fine setting had no influence on the standstill time, so it was always
advised to set the rough settings as low as possible and to use the fine settings to increase the
illumination.
With the
MVS6000
board and with progressive scan cameras,
the fine illumination settings
have a direct influence on the standstill time
and a trade-off must be made between the speed
and the introduction of noise.
Note: The examples below do not allow for the overhead of the MMI protocol communication.
They suppose there is enough light for a short illumination time.
