Security advise
Before you start with the assembly and the first training, please make sure to familiarize yourself with the entire user manual, in particular the
safety information. Also make sure to show this security advise to other people that will exercise with this equipment. Please keep this manual
for information, maintenance and cleaning or spare parts orders.
Please follow carefully the maintenance and safety instructions in this manual.
This training device may only be used for its specific purpose: for the physical training of adult persons only. A misuse may possibly may lead
to accidents, damage to health or damage to the training device. Iconiq Sports Technology GmbH or the distributor can not be held liable for
damage caused by improper handling.
Training environment
1.
Position the product in a room with enough space to train and exercise safely.
2.
When selecting the floor space, make sure that the load capacity of the floor and the walls is sufficient.
3.
Ensure good ventilation and optimal oxygenation during exercise. Avoid air drafts.
4.
Your training devide is not suitable for outdoor use. Please store and train within tempered, dry and clean rooms.
5.
The operation and storage of your exercise equipment in humid rooms, such as swimming pools, saunas, etc. is not possible.
6.
Make sure that your training device is always standing on a paved, leveled and clean surface during the exercise. Ground unevenness
must be removed or leveled to avoid inbalance.
7.
To protect sensitive flooring, such as wood, laminate, tiles, etc. from damage or scratches, we would recommend to use ICONIQ®
floor protection mats under the device. Make sure that the device is secured against slipping.
8.
Do not place the training device on light colored floors or white carpets, as the feet may rub off and color the carpet.
9.
Make sure your training device does not touch hot objects and maintain a safe distance from any heat source, such as hot water,
heaters, stoves or open fireplaces.
Security advise while exercising
1.
You should perform a health check and consult your doctor before beginning your workout.
2.
In the case of physical discomfort or breathing problems, stop training immediately.
3.
Always start your workouts with a lighter weight loading and increase the weights gradually during the course of your workout. Reduce
the weight load towards the end of your training session.
4.
Be sure to wear suitable sportswear and sports shoes during exercise. Keep in mind that loose clothing can get caught in moving
parts during exercise.
5.
Your exercise equipment can only be used by one person at a time.
6.
Check before every training whether your device is in perfect condition and not broken. Never use your training device when broken.
7.
Repairs can only be carried out after consulting and approved by our service department. Only original spare parts may be used.
8.
Improper repairs and structural changes (mounting of non-approved parts, disassembly of original components, etc.) are not permitted.
Such changes may decrtechnical safety of the device can be adversely affected and create dangers for the user.
9.
Your training device must be cleaned after each use. Always remove sweat or other liquids from the training device.
10.
Your exercise equipment must not be used by children.
11.
During training, third parties, such as children or animals, must maintain a sufficient safety distance.
12.
Before each workout, check for any objects under your training device or training area and always remove them. Never exercise with
your training device when there are objects underneath.
13.
Always make sure that your exercise equipment is not misappropriatly used by children as a toy or climbing equipment.
14.
Make sure that you or any bystanding persons never bring any body parts close to moving mechanisms.
15.
Warn people, especially children, who are present during the training, about possible dangers during the training. In particular for the
range of motion of the weight discs of the weight block or weight plates.
16.
Check reguratrly (at least once a month) all components and the tighten screws and nuts.
The construction of this training device is based on the latest technical and safety standards.
This training device should only be used by adults! Extreme, wrong or unprepared training can lead to health problems and injuries!
Any manipulations or changes on the device may cause damage to the devide and people.
