strongly suggests that, whenever engaged in
motorcycling and for improved protection, riders always use multiple forms of compatible PPE, including an approved helmet, a jacket
with, at least, approved shoulder and elbow impact protectors, an approved back protector, pants with, at least, approved knee, leg, and
hip impact protectors, gloves, and approved boots.
