Problems connecting using
the app
Connect your thermostat using a computer with Wi-Fi. If you are having trouble, the best option is to
use the WPS button (as described under Using a Computer with Wi-Fi, Page 21).
Problem finding app
Apple devices require iOS 7.0 or newer software. Android devices require Android Honeycomb
(Android version 3.1) or newer software.
Offline

If the thermostat or APP shows offline (

for more than a few minutes, unplug the
thermostat from the wall plate, wait one minute, then plug thermostat back into wall plate.
