4.2 - Choosing the installation
site
ATTENTION !!! The appliance must only be
installed on a horizontal surface that withstands its
weight. Consider the weight of the tank in service (see
chapter 7 technical features) plus the water heater if of
the floor standing type, both full of water (see the water
heater installation manual for its references).
Establish the appropriate room and position for installation,
keeping the following factors in mind:
- weight and dimensions of the appliance;
- water supply connection;
- domestic hot water system connection;
- possible tank drain connection (recommended);
- possible tank safety valve drain connection
(recommended);
- possible water heater safety valve drain connection
(recommended);
- electronic anode (if any) connection to the power supply;
- As for the water heater connections, please refer to its
installation manual.
