Danger of burns
During normal operation, the generator has hot parts that, upon accidental contact without suitable personal pro-
tection, can cause serious burns. Potentially hot parts include:
-
Accessories and valves connected to the generator.
-
Door and smoke chamber.
Danger from fumes
An incorrect adjustment of the closing door or an insufficient draught in the flue can leave fumes inside the thermal
power plant, causing fatal intoxication deriving from carbon monoxide which, by its nature, is colourless and odour-
less. Therefore, ensure the generator is properly installed and adjusted and the presence of ventilation openings in
the thermal power plant are compliant with the regulations in force.
Repairs
Any generator repair must be carried out or authorised by the manufacturer in order to avoid risks to people and
property, as well as to prevent
voiding the Warranty Conditions being

trusted to competent personnel.
